Cornerstone Apartments has been part of my family for generations as Woodland Ave Apartments— and today, my husband Dan and I are honored to carry that legacy forward. What began in 1963 with a dream and a set of blueprints has grown into a place where countless families have made their homes.
With deep respect for what came before us, we’re reimagining Cornerstone for modern living — preserving the charm and character my grandfather built, while making thoughtful updates to meet today’s standards of comfort, style, and simplicity. From refreshed interiors to keyless entry, every detail reflects the same care and intention that laid the foundation decades ago.

In 1963, my grandfather built these apartments by hand— not just to house people, but to create a place where families could thrive. His craftsmanship, work ethic, and pride in every detail set the tone for what Cornerstone would become: a quiet, welcoming community grounded in quality and care.
